This is a full-day sales training will cover the gamut of the sales process including effective cold calling techniques, selling on value vs. price, overcoming customer resistance, and closing and follow-up technique. Heavy emphasis will be on qualifying the customer, listening skills, territory management and what the top 3% of all salespeople have in common for incredible execution. These sessions are designed for all levels of sales professionals from the novice to the very experienced.
Sales managers and leaders are also encouraged to attend.
